The mission of the Dental Anesthesiology Residency Program at Jacobi Medical Center in affiliation with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine is to prepare the resident dentist anesthesiologist to be competent in the provision of safe, effective, comprehensive anesthesia care for patients of all ages for dental and maxillofacial surgery in office-based and hospital settings. We strive to provide an evidence-based learning environment that provides didactic instruction applied to clinical experiences with emphasis on critical thinking and participation in education and scholarly activity. Our goal is to provide patient-centered care in an ethical, respectful, safe, and professional manner for our patients and all members of the care team.
